Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this recent photograph drop is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing various parts of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, including designs for dock shelters.
Further images made public as part of the ongoing oversight release.
